Los Mochis - Cerocahui - Divisadero/Posada Barrancas - Creel - Chihuahua

Arrival at Los Mochis airport where you will be greeted by our representatives and transferred to the colonial city of El Fuerte "Magic Town ". Your transferee will deliver your travel documents containing hotel vouchers, train tickets and itinerary. Your road transfer takes approximately two hours. Upon arrival check in at your hotel and rest of the day off to enjoy this beautiful magical village. Walk through the cobblestone streets, visit its colonial church, the municipal palace, the market, the local museum, also take a relaxing walk along the river bank that crosses over the side of your hotel or just enjoy the beautiful facilities of your hotel.

This morning at 7:45 am you will be transferred by the hotel staff to the train station to board El Chepe at 8:30 am. Enjoy the most interesting part of the journey on the train to cross several bridges and tunnels that adorn the breathtaking view from the Sierra Madre offers. The train arrives to Bahuichivo at 1:00 p.m. Upon arriving you will be transferred by the hotel staff and transferred to the hotel located in Cerocahui. Lunch included at the hotel. Afternoon is at leisure to visit on your own the most important point of interest of the village as the Old Jesuit Mission and the Tarahumara Girl Orphan School located them near to the hotel. Dinner included at the hotel.

Breakfast included and then take a guided tour to Cerro del Gallego "spectacular view of the Urique Canyon" ride. Enjoy the most amazing Urique Canyon where the river and the mining town that bears his name is seen; Also on the way you will see beautiful view of the canyon and several valleys Tarahumara. At 1:00 pm Viajes Dorados staff will contact you at the reception of your hotel and transfer by road to Cerocahui. In the afternoon guided walk along the edge of the canyon (please check schedule at reception). Then enjoy the sunset Tarahumara from the windows and balconies of the hotel. Dinner included at the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel and then take your morning off trails on your own. We suggest visiting the Copper Canyon Adventure Park located in the area and where you can visit different viewpoints, viewpoint flown stone, challenge your adventurous spirit in the suspension bridge crossing a small canyon, ride the cable car or Zip (optional-not included), or just buy nice Tarahumara crafts. Lunch included at the hotel. Then at 1:00 pm Viajes Dorados staff will contact you at the reception for transfer by road to Creel; 60 kilometers away. Then rest of the day to enjoy this picturesque Tarahumara "Magic Town".

This morning at 10:00 am your tour guide/driver from Viajes Dorados will contact you at your hotel front desk to take you to a tour of Creel, visiting a Tarahumara Community, the Arareco Lake, the Mushroom Valley (rock formations), the San Ignacio old Mission (a Tarahumara church) and a Tarahumara cave. Then we will continue in a van toward the city of Cuauhtémoc. We will visit a Mennonite Community where we will enjoy a traditional light lunch (included) based on Mennonite cheese, jam, pickles, bread, cookies, tea and coffee; elaborated by the Mennonites, also we will visit a Mennonite Camp. Then, to Chihuahua City.

Breakfast included at the hotel. Later,you will enjoy a guided City Tour of Chihuahua visiting Pancho Villa museum (closed on Mondays), the Cathedral, the State Capitol and its famous murals of the Chihuahua state history, the colonial Aqueduct and the residential districts. Transfer to the airport by Viajes Dorados staff two hours before your flight. End of services.
